PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for the hiring of professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Mobilization Agent **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the selected candidate upon call-up; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. The required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER’S LICENSE CATEGORY “D”. **PROOF:** Copy of a valid driver’s license. COMPLETION OF SPECIALIZED TRAINING COURSE FOR DRIVERS OF COLLECTIVE AND PASSENGER TRANSPORT VEHICLES (within the validity period). **PROOF:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN’s BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND/OR TRAINING. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital CTPS, including identification details and employer registration, start and end dates (if applicable), supplemented by item “b” if the job title alone is insufficient to prove the experience; b) Employer’s declaration, containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and description of duties carried out; c) Copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item “b” if the job title alone is insufficient to prove the experience.
