Leading recruitment and selection for technical engineering positions Work as a generalist in the Human Resources area, ensuring execution and continuous improvement of HR processes, supporting organizational strategy and contributing to employee development in a technical and consultative environment. * Lead recruitment and selection processes, from job profile alignment through to onboarding, with emphasis on technical engineering positions. * + Conduct new hire onboarding, ensuring a positive experience and cultural alignment. + Support managers on people management topics, organizational climate, and team development. + Support performance evaluation processes and probationary periods. + Manage training administration and development programs. + Monitor and track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, etc.). + Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. + Contribute to internal marketing initiatives and employer brand strengthening. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Human Resources Analyst (mid-level). * Experience recruiting and selecting technical profiles (engineering experience is a plus).
