Job Summary: The professional will manage logistics operations, including customer service, loading control, driver support, and document management, ensuring delivery efficiency and cost control. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics and loading operations management 2. Driver support and issue resolution 3. Freight cost control and document management Make calls to customers / Prepare loading maps / Record pre\-loads for tracking / Print and verify delivery receipts against loading maps and process receipt closures / Answer driver calls to resolve delivery\-related issues / Record situations reported by drivers and log them in spreadsheets / Guide drivers on appropriate conduct regarding delivery issues / Formalize decisions via Teams / Control freight costs in rural areas / Answer landline calls and assist in resolving reported issues / Sort papers for disposal or reuse / Monitor internal material usage stock and request replenishment / Complete freight receipts and forward them to the supervisor of the department responsible for the employee who committed the error / Schedule direct deliveries related to the wholesale department via Teams / Enter invoices into the system, among other duties.
