We have projects across all regions of Brazil.* ***We are driven by people—and people move the world!*** *We are a GPTW-certified company—one of the best places to work.* *This recognition reflects our commitment to our employees’ well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do.* ***RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES*** · *Analyze geometric and traffic data to define parameters for horizontal and vertical signage;* · *Analyze cross-sections to determine locations for installing barriers;* · *Develop projects and identify no-overtaking zones;* · *Conduct technical analyses and reviews of signage projects, complementary works, and preliminary signage diagnostics;* · *Prepare details, itemized lists, and calculation memoranda;* · *Provide technical support to project teams, clarifying questions and validating solutions;* · *Participate in technical reviews and project coordination.* ***REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS*** ***Mandatory:*** ● *Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (minimum two years since graduation);* ● *Proven experience in highway signage projects;* ● *Experience in project development, sizing, and technical drawing;* ● *Analytical, organized profile with strong technical communication skills.* ***Desirable:*** ● *Experience with BIM-based projects;* ● *Proficiency in design software such as Placa Pro and SINC;* ● *Prior experience in road infrastructure consulting firms;* ● *Knowledge of DNIT, DER, and concessionaire standards.* ● *Familiarity with PPPs and concessions is desirable.* ***BENEFITS PARTNERSHIPS:*** *● Gympass* *● Corporate University* *● Discount partnership program (psychologists, nutritionists, universities, accounting services, etc.)* *● Human-centered and collaborative culture.* *Would you like to work at a major company whose mission is to positively impact* ***people’s lives****?
