If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and want to grow within a solid and recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process student re-enrollments; * Maintain the school’s management system with up-to-date information; * Manage files (contracts, declarations, terms, etc.); * Verify enrollment and re-enrollment entries and payment plans; * Conduct collections; * Student support; * Administrative and control services; * Internal communication; * Inventory control; * School closing procedures (working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (break from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM\) / Saturday, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM\). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior customer service experience is desirable, preferably in educational environments or free-course schools; * Familiarity with administrative and financial routines—including payment collection, cash control, and document issuance—is desirable; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and data management platforms; * Ability to handle recordkeeping processes, inventory control, and document management. **Additional Information** **2** **Transportation Benefit (VT)** **Health Benefit** (dental and medical plan with co-payment). **Full Tuition Scholarship** (for employee or dependent) for in-person English courses \+ 50% discount on teaching materials. **Opportunity for Professional Growth** within the school and the CNA network. **About CNA Languages** CNA Languages is an English and Spanish language teaching network with over 50 years of market presence and part of the CNA\+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units nationwide.
