We have an opening for **Senior Planning Analyst.** **Key responsibilities:** * Develop production planning for refrigerated products (Pará de Minas and Uberlândia plants); * Manage and review buffers at distribution centers; * Identify supply chain risks and opportunities; * Conduct strategic internal controls and processes; * Perform analytical work focused on continuous improvement of operational efficiency and service levels; * Manage KPIs for the area; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Strong analytical thinking and strategic vision. * Experience developing new controls and advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in delivering presentations during strategic meetings. * Proactivity, ownership mindset, sense of urgency, strong interpersonal skills, and dynamism.
