Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills **Position: Operational Assistant – CLT** We are hiring an Operational Assistant to support the company’s administrative, operational, and logistical routines, ensuring organization, process control, and timely delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Purchasing, quotations, and supplier communication * Order tracking and inventory control * Receiving and inspection of materials and invoices * Support for construction projects, shipping, freight coordination, and document issuance * Document organization and managerial support **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Administration or Logistics is preferred) * Driver’s license category B * Willingness to travel occasionally * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in logistics/warehouse operations and ERP system knowledge. **Salary:** R$ 2.200,00 to R$ 3.200,00 **Benefits:** Unimed Health Plan, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance (R$ 400), Caju Meal Card (R$ 730). **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Friday until 5:00 PM.
