We are seeking an **HR Assistant** focused on **People and Management** to ensure efficiency and control over our Logistics team's working hours! **What are the main responsibilities?** * Manage working hours (overtime and time bank) specifically for the Logistics team (Distribution and Warehouse). * Conduct time clock audits and detailed analysis of daily working hours. * Maintain up-to-date time bank records. * Identify time clock usage deviations and deliver training to the team on correct tool usage. * Support management decision-making with a focus on reducing working hours and optimizing costs. What are the requirements? * Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration or Accounting. * Analytical mindset, familiarity with audit processes, and strong communication skills for delivering internal training. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
