Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for recording and monitoring attendance, tracking activities, documenting production, preparing reports, supporting supervision, and controlling materials. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and recording activities at construction sites/production areas 2. Preparing daily/weekly reports and proposing solutions 3. Supporting supervision in collecting strategic data Responsibilities: * **Attendance Tracking**: Record and monitor employee attendance, noting entry times, exit times, and break periods. * **Activity Monitoring**: Observe task progress at construction sites or production areas, ensuring targets and deadlines are met. * **Production Recording**: Document information regarding output or activity progress, such as quantities of materials used or stages completed. * **Reporting**: Prepare daily or weekly reports on activity progress, identifying potential deviations from plans and proposing solutions. * **Supervision Support**: Assist supervisors or engineers in collecting relevant project execution data, providing essential information for strategic decision-making. * **Material Control**: Record and manage the inflow and outflow of materials, supplies, or equipment. * **Organization**: Maintain organized records compliant with company standards, ensuring data integrity.
