




Job Summary: This professional will conduct behavioral, technical, and onboarding training programs; identify training needs; develop training content; and act as a knowledge facilitator. We grow sustainably without compromising ethics, empathy, or quality in every interaction. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Conduct behavioral, technical, and onboarding (integration) training programs. * Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership. * Develop, update, and deliver training content. * Monitor trainee performance and propose improvements. * Support the development of learning pathways across various departments. * Act as a facilitator and knowledge multiplier. * Contribute to a culture of continuous development. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources Management, People Management, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Proven experience in Training & Development (preferably as an instructor/trainer). * Experience delivering classroom-based training (in-person or hybrid). * Proficiency in developing training materials (PowerPoint, Canva, presentation tools). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Leadership profile focused on people development. * Willingness to travel. ***Benefits:*** Meal Allowance, Health and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Education Assistance, Gympass.
