We are seeking an organized, proactive professional with strong analytical skills to handle daily operations in Human Resources, Payroll, and Finance departments, with a focus on accounts payable. Main responsibilities Support recruitment and selection processes; Onboarding of new employees; Organization of documents and files; Employee assistance and support; Support internal HR initiatives and administrative routines. Electronic time tracking and working hours bank management; Support hiring and termination processes; Vacation, benefits, and leave management; Submission of payroll-related information; Verification of labor documentation; Support for eSocial routines and labor compliance obligations. Accounts payable entry and control; Verification of invoices, bank slips, and payments; Payment scheduling and due date control; Support for bank reconciliation; Organization of financial documents and cash flow. Requirements Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields is preferred); Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail; Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks; Prior experience in administration, finance, HR, or Payroll will be considered an advantage.
