Job Summary: This role involves administrative support to the construction engineer and planning area, including analysis, reporting, spreadsheet completion, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Support to the occupational safety department **POSITION FOR THE TRIÂNGULO MINEIRO REGION/MG \- to meet demand at ADM do Brasil's construction site in Uberlândia/MG.** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30 **Salary:** R$2\.500,00 \+ Medical Insurance (Unimed) \+ Dental Insurance (Sul América) \+ Life Insurance \+ Transportation Allowance (credited to card with 6% deduction) \+ Bus fare covered by the company \+ On-site lunch \+ Other benefits. **Responsibilities:** Perform administrative tasks supporting the construction engineer and planning department, such as conducting analyses, making contacts, preparing reports, completing spreadsheets, issuing invoices, attending to construction site employees, etc. Provide support to the Occupational Safety Technician in activities related to occupational safety, assisting with documentation and monitoring of activities, and clarifying matters to the headquarters in Ribeirão Preto/SP whenever necessary; Responsible for controlling and tracking all construction-related documentation and its procedures (client, headquarters, construction site); Perform other related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations at the construction site. **Requirements:** * Immediate availability to start. * **Valid Driver's License Category A/B required** * Prior experience in this role is a plus. **THIS POSITION IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD)** Payment: R$2\.500,00 per week Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Driver's License Category A/B?
