Your role here will include: Supporting credit portfolio prospecting; Driving team engagement; Monitoring branch performance, profitability, and efficiency; Identifying partnerships and new business opportunities; Ensuring operational excellence at the branch level; Conducting strategic visits with the team, implementing action plans aimed at maintaining and improving results and customer satisfaction.
