




Description: * Advanced technical knowledge of electrical systems, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems. * Proven experience in maintenance of GPUs, ACUs, and ASUs. * Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures. * Prior experience in maintenance of airport ground support equipment. * Additional certifications in diesel engine or hydraulic system maintenance. * Familiarity with airport safety standards and operational regulations. * Excellent teamwork and conflict management skills; * English is an advantage. For these positions, physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal standing posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, locomotion, and ambulation to carry out maintenance and respond to emergency services. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for inspections, maintenance, and driving company vehicles (an activity regulated by the Brazilian Traffic Code – CTB), and auditory perception for telephone service, communication with colleagues, identification of abnormal noises from parts and equipment, and recognition of emergency audible signals on public roads and operational areas. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, creativity, interpretation of technical drawings and data, and initiative in solving causal situations. The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the team and the project, focusing on effective task execution, team development, and communication. They must possess leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure objectives are achieved efficiently. Activities include coordinating the area and daily meetings to align executed and planned tasks, material sorting, assisting in mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, performing metalworking, welding, and painting tasks, vehicle refueling, tracking mileage data, recording activities, entering service order-related data into the system, and conducting scheduled weekly, daily, and hourly (preventive) inspections. 2512200202551929099
