Description
Lead the team, guide and support staff in carrying out activities to ensure that processes comply with institutional standards and requirements of Sanitary Surveillance. Monitor employees in their established routines to ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers, thereby preventing operational failures.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Lead and guide the team in performing routine activities;
* Monitor and ensure quality of processes and tasks performed across departments;
* Identify needs and propose solutions for internal and external customers;
* Contribute to the continuous development of the team;
* Size teams, schedule work shifts, and assign tasks;
* Perform operational activities according to the scheduled service;
* Conduct daily inspections of beds and circulation areas, ensuring organization and cleanliness;
* Identify maintenance needs and notify the responsible person to issue a Service Order;
* Monitor adherence to the Daily Activity Plan (PAD) and use of cleaning check\-lists;
* Control, size, and distribute materials and supplies, avoiding waste;
* Verify and request supplies and linens according to weekly demand;
* Monitor cleaning activities, laundry and waste collection, linen distribution, and bed release;
* Supervise third\-party companies when required, and inspect dispensers daily;
* Report activities and incidents to Coordination/Supervision and record them in the shift handover logbook;
* Perform other related duties as requested.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
* Completed High School education;
* Prior experience in this role.
**PREFERRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
* Minimum one year of experience as a team leader is preferred;
* Minimum six months of experience in the hospital sector and/or hospitality services is preferred;
* Basic computer skills;
* Completion of a leadership training course.
