Job Summary:
Professional to work in the Patient Safety and Quality Unit, managing adverse events, conducting audits, and maintaining the Quality Management System.
Key Highlights:

2. Active involvement in adverse event management and indicators.
3. Development and implementation of training programs and audits.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Minimum six months of experience in the Patient Safety Unit (PSU) and Quality area.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel).
* Knowledge of Quality Tools. ONA certification and other national and international certifications.
**Responsibilities:**
* Active participation in the Patient Safety Unit and related Committees;
* Management and analysis of adverse events and indicators;
* Conducting and monitoring audits;
* Risk management and action plan implementation;
* Maintenance and support of the Quality Management System;
* Preparation and delivery of training programs and supporting materials;
* Continuous updates and mandatory notifications;
* Conducting PSU audits.
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM\.

Salary: R$4\.000,00 per month
