




Job Summary: Professional to lead, guide, and evaluate the department team; manage operational demands; participate in coordination meetings; and support inventory control to ensure production process efficiency. Support for inventory management and monitoring of storage conditions **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead, supervise, and guide department team activities, evaluating individual and collective performance with focus on production process quality; * Receive operational demands and allocate them according to operational needs and available resources, ensuring production schedule compliance; * Participate in coordination team meetings, providing input and ensuring implementation of established decisions and directives; * Assess the need for overtime in the department based on company-identified demand; * Support inventory management of materials and supplies, overseeing department activities to ensure continuity and efficiency of the production process; * Monitor storage conditions for bulk supplies and products, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; * Perform other duties compatible with the role, as directed by the responsible manager. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with inventory management systems or SAP is desirable. **Additional Information:** **Work Schedule:** 2nd shift (2:10 PM to 10:30 PM, alternate Saturdays) or 3rd shift (10:10 PM to 6:30 AM). **Benefits Offered:** * Meals provided at the workplace; * Meal allowance; * Chartered transportation; * On-site parking; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
