Implementation of innovative solutions **Compensation:** R$ 2779.00 \+ Performance bonus (R$ 500 to R$ 600\) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with possible attendance on some Saturdays, as required for meetings and training. **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$ 379.00 \+ health insurance (Unimed) **Daily Responsibilities:** * Experience in conflict management; * Ability to coordinate and develop teams; * Knowledge of monitoring and supervising financial and collections processes; * Capability to make strategic decisions; * Responsible for implementing innovative solutions to problem resolution; * Experience in preparing and analyzing managerial reports; * Experience in people management focused on results and continuous development. **Prerequisites:** * Leadership and team development skills; * Experience supervising financial or collections processes; * Ability to monitor routines, support the team, and ensure fulfillment of departmental tasks; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
