Customer service and guidance Responsibilities and Duties About the Position: * Register tests; * Perform home-based collection of biological samples (blood, secretions, etc.) and vaccines. * Receive samples in the system; * Support nursing staff and technical team; * Provide test-related instructions; * Serve customers; * Prepare and dispatch materials to the technical center.
