Operational professional responsible for preparing, mixing, and applying paints to ensure work quality and efficiency while adhering to safety standards.

**Job Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute break
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring they are clean and free of imperfections;
* Select and mix paints and other materials according to project specifications;
* Apply primer and other preparatory products onto surfaces to be painted;
* Use appropriate tools, such as brushes, rollers, and paint sprayers, for material application;
* Perform maintenance and cleaning of used tools and equipment;
* Collaborate with the painting team to ensure work quality and efficiency;
* Follow established safety regulations and procedures for task execution;
* Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance techniques and knowledge in the field.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course in Painting, Chemistry, or related fields is a plus;
* Knowledge of surface preparation processes for painting;
* Proficiency in handling painting tools and equipment;
* Familiarity with types of paints and their applications;
* Ability to work in a team and follow safety regulations
Additional Qualifications:
* Prior experience in the field;
* Occupational safety certifications;
* Knowledge of automotive painting techniques;
* Aptitude for learning new techniques and processes.
