




Job Summary: Professional responsible for financial routines, including journal entries, account monitoring, customer service, and accounting support, aiming at accurate classification of amounts and effective demand management. Key Highlights: 1. Full support for financial and accounting routines 2. Customer and partner service through multiple channels 3. Assistance in chart of accounts analysis and financial statement preparation **Responsibilities:** * Sending and tracking emails related to financial routines; * Entering and updating data in internal systems; * Preparing and managing Excel spreadsheets; * Reconciling and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Canceling contracts, and adding or removing payment slips; * Unlocking customers according to internal procedures; * Customer and partner service via email and WhatsApp; * Supporting chart of accounts analysis, considering revenue and expense characteristics, to ensure accurate classification of amounts; * Supporting the accounting department with obligations under the Real Profit taxation regime, assisting in providing, verifying, and validating information; * Assisting in preparing balance sheets, trial balances, and statements of income (DRE); * Interacting with financial supervisors to support team demand management and departmental routines. **Position Details:** * Work Mode: On-site * Employment Type: CLT * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Salary: R$2.500,00 + Benefits
