Main Responsibilities * Recording and monitoring accounts payable and receivable * Issuing bank slips (boletos) * Issuing fiscal invoices (Notas Fiscais) * Monitoring and verifying documents * Tracking employee time records (ponto) * Supporting hiring and termination processes * Managing admission, periodic, and termination medical examinations * Organizing physical and digital files * Providing general administrative support Requirements * Experience in the administrative field * Knowledge of financial routines (accounts payable and receivable) * Basic knowledge of Human Resources department procedures * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Good communication skills and sense of responsibility * ERP system experience Preferred Qualifications * Basic knowledge of labor legislation Benefits: Meal allowance, Fuel allowance, Health insurance Send resume to: vagas@rhperfil.com Job Type: Full\-time Pay: R$2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
