Job Summary: Support and evolve Cloud infrastructure environments, administer servers, provide customer support, and ensure service availability and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating on the implementation of improvements and new technologies. **Start Date:** As soon as approved **Duration:** Indefinite — join the consulting firm's team **Responsibilities:** Support and evolve Cloud infrastructure environments, focusing on server administration and customer support. Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and continuously improving environments to ensure service availability, performance, and stability. Also handle incident tickets, analyze and resolve incidents, and collaborate on implementing improvements and new technologies to enhance environments and service quality. **Requirements:** Basic Linux system administration knowledge; User and permission management; File system expansion and management (LVM, disks, mounts); Service control (start, stop, restart); **Troubleshooting using commands such as:** cat, grep, find, du, vmstat, top, ps Knowledge of remote file system mounting (NFS, CIFS); Familiarity with Linux package management and updates; Experience with Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022\); Basic Active Directory knowledge; Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services (RDS); Experience providing end-user support; Basic understanding of cloud environments (resource adjustment, disk expansion in VMs); Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with customers; Ability to work collaboratively and continuously learn.
