Responsibilities: * Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from resume screening to final hiring; * Conduct individual and group interviews, applying effective selection techniques; * Identify strategic recruitment sources to attract qualified candidates; * Assess candidates' technical and behavioral competencies; * Participate in the development and implementation of onboarding programs and internal training; * Create and maintain an updated candidate database. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection, using various selection methods; * Knowledge of interview techniques and application of psychological tests; * Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and social media; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity in seeking solutions and identifying talent.
