




Job Summary: A Recruitment and Selection professional responsible for conducting high-volume selection processes and supporting talent attraction strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Support talent attraction and retention strategies Main Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment processes for various positions, with a focus on high-volume hiring. * Resume screening, competency-based interviews, and group dynamics. * Job posting on job portals and social media. * Interface with internal managers to align job position profiles. * Monitor and update recruitment metrics (KPIs). * Support talent attraction and retention strategies. * Requirements: * Prior experience in recruitment and selection, preferably with high-volume hiring. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, ATS, and other job portals. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Experience recruiting for various hierarchical levels is desirable.
