Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and environmental regulations **Engineering companies with projects across multiple cities in the interior of São Paulo and Minas Gerais states** **Note: Willingness to travel to monitor project progress is required.** **Submit resume including salary expectations** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise electrical substation construction projects; * Monitor physical and financial project schedules; * Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and environmental regulations; * Coordinate in-house and outsourced teams; * Interface with clients, suppliers, and engineering firms; * Prepare technical and project progress reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; * Active registration with **CREA**. * Knowledge of electrical sector technical standards. * Leadership, organizational, and strong communication skills. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high- and medium-voltage construction projects; * Knowledge of commissioning and energization processes; * Experience with electrical engineering firms or utility companies.
