Job Summary: The Technical Operations and Maintenance Assistant will assist in preventive and corrective maintenance at solar photovoltaic power plants, ensuring safety and organization. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Aya Energia, a company specializing in the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of photovoltaic power plants, has an opening for: **Technical Operations and Maintenance Assistant (O&M)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance at solar photovoltaic power plants; * Assist in supervising the operation of inverters, trackers, substations, and other assets; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during operations; * Maintain site organization; * Support material and service management at power plants; * Contribute to technical reports on performed activities. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical training in electrotechnology is preferred; * NR-10 certification is desirable; * Basic experience in photovoltaic systems is preferred; * Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance; * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; * Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel within the region; * Must reside in Rio Pardo de Minas - MG or nearby areas. **Additional Information:** Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) - Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM Compensation: BRL 1,800.00 + 30% hazard pay Meal voucher: BRL 660.00 per month Fuel allowance (when necessary and per company policy) Life insurance Wellhub Job type: Full-time CLT Salary range: BRL 1,800.00 - BRL 2,400.00 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Work location: On-site
