Job Summary: MeEventos is seeking a proactive Junior Designer to create graphics, support the brand’s visual identity, and edit videos—actively contributing to campaigns and ideation. Participate in campaign and idea development Position: Junior Designer – MeEventos MeEventos is growing—and we want someone who grows with us. We’re looking for a hands-on **Junior Designer** who enjoys creating, testing, and evolving quickly. Your responsibilities will include: * Creating social media graphics, campaign materials, and institutional assets * Supporting brand visual identity (digital and physical—e.g., booths, presentations, etc.) * Editing short videos (Reels, ads, internal content) * Supporting the marketing and product teams with visual requests * Participating in campaign and idea development (not just execution) What we expect from you: * Understanding of design fundamentals (hierarchy, typography, composition, etc.) * Proficiency with tools such as: * Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma * Premiere, CapCut, or similar * Interest in video (editing \+ rhythm \+ basic storytelling) * Agility, organization, and eagerness to learn * Willingness to experiment, make mistakes, and iterate quickly Nice-to-haves (not required): * Prior experience creating videos for social media * Experience working with brands or in marketing * Basic motion design knowledge (After Effects or similar) * Interest in technology / startups Compensation/Benefits: * Salary: **R$ 2\.900,00** * Employment type: **CLT** * Coffee area with snacks in the office ☕ * Gympass * Health insurance plan Work model: * **On-site** * Office located in the **Caiçaras neighborhood – Belo Horizonte (MG)** How to apply: Please submit: * Portfolio (Behance, Google Drive, or even Instagram) * A brief introduction about yourself Compensation: starting at R$2\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection questions: * Have you worked under tight deadlines?
