Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Mission:** You will join our Ops Controls \& Reconciliations team, directly monitoring transactional flows to ensure operational security, stability, compliance, and continuous process improvement through data analysis and efficient controls. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Monitor transactional flows and processes, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency, with a focus on security, stability, and operational compliance. * Develop, review, and refine monitoring workflows, applying analytical thinking to identify atypical transactions, operational errors, and potential fraud indicators. * Drive continuous improvements by implementing adjustments, automation, and optimizations to existing workflows, ensuring ongoing operational advancement. * Support financial and transactional reconciliation routines by designing and structuring new workflows and controls that guarantee data accuracy and proper process functionality. * Analyze transactional data from the area to identify inconsistencies, improvement opportunities, quantitative insights, and potential risks requiring preventive actions or contingency plans. * Produce and present strategic reports to leadership, consolidating key metrics, trends, and relevant findings to support decision-making. * Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, ensuring visibility into core KPIs and the operational health of the transactional environment. * Interact with partner areas, contributing analytical insight, process understanding, and support for the evolution of Digital Account routines. **What We’re Looking For:** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields. * Prior experience in transactional monitoring, reconciliations, operational processes, or internal controls. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English (a plus); * Process modeling and mapping; * Data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar); * Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Analytical reasoning, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and demands. * Continuous improvement mindset, with an investigative attitude and focus on efficiency and failure prevention. * Strong communication skills, ability to present analyses, and interact effectively across all organizational levels. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Baby On Board and nursing room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (if required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** Here at Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
