Imagine yourself undertaking challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Mapping opportunities and improvements in driver acquisition and training processes. * Creating and automating dashboards and operational routines to support decision-making for operational areas and driver experience teams. * Participating in intelligence initiatives and projects directly impacting high-volume daily logistics operations. * Collaborating synergistically with the Meli and Kangu transportation execution team, Planning, and Driver Experience—ensuring excellence in routines and projects. * Building and fostering a positive atmosphere and communication between the intelligence and operations teams. * Developing reports containing essential information to boost competitiveness in the transportation sector—focusing on costs, competition, and vehicle availability by region. * Contributing to building the pipeline of initiatives aimed at process improvement and standardization within the management team, thereby increasing operational efficiency and key satisfaction metrics for impacted personas (SLAs, NPS, service levels). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. * Familiarity with programming languages used to interpret large volumes of data and translate insights into actionable strategies—preferably focused on programming and database manipulation (Python and SQL). * Knowledge of logistics/supply chain processes and challenges. * Proficiency in Google Tools (Google Sheets, Presentations) and data visualization tools (Tableau and Looker Studio). * Availability to work in Osasco \- SP, in a hybrid work model—3 days per week onsite, Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:48\. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The chance to take ownership of your development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for monetary payment.
