




Job Summary: The professional will ensure documentary compliance for healthcare professionals, formalize processes, enter and update data in the system, and assist with administrative and coordination routines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure documentary compliance and formalization with healthcare agreements. 2. Provide support and guidance to colleagues on administrative routines and scheduling. 3. Assist management with administrative routines and document organization. Review documentation of healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with requirements set forth by healthcare agreements. Also ensure all necessary formalizations are completed with relevant departments, clients, and acceptances. Key tasks include entering, recording, verifying, and updating data in the system, ensuring that shifts are accurately registered—including date, value, and assigned professional—to enable timely and correct payments. Additionally, the professional will continuously update records, provide support and guidance to administrative assistants and team colleagues regarding administrative routines and schedule closures, and respond to shift-related requests via the corporate mobile phone, ensuring prompt and efficient support. The professional will assist management with administrative routines, document organization, maintenance of records for audits and inquiries, and provide operational support to the coordination team. The professional will also clarify questions from healthcare professionals and strictly adhere to confidentiality agreements and internal company policies.
