Seeking a proactive, committed, and eager-to-learn profile **Main Responsibilities** The assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the company's team, responsible for: * Issuing and managing documents such as: + Employee onboarding + Payroll slip distribution + PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) records + Time tracking management + Medical certificates and vacation requests + Domestic worker payments and additional allowances (night shift, transportation allowance, meal allowance) * Recording and managing **procurement and material deliveries** * Sending telegrams and official documents * Supporting general administrative routines * Updating and organizing digital and physical files ✅ **Requirements** * **Valid driver's license (mandatory)** – may be required for deliveries or client visits * **Strong verbal and written communication skills** * **Organization and attention to detail** * **Basic typing and computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail)** ? **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ?
