**JOB DESCRIPTION – JUNIOR LOGISTICS ASSISTANTMission of the Position** Support operational and administrative activities within the logistics area, contributing to process organization, information control, and support for transportation and warehousing routines. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DETAILED DESCRIPTION** * Assist in monitoring pickups, deliveries, and logistics movements; * Support the control and updating of information in systems and spreadsheets; * Assist in verifying logistics and transportation documents; * Record incidents and support monitoring of operational requests; * Support communication with carriers, drivers, and internal departments; * Assist in organizing files, controls, and departmental reports; * Support adherence to logistics deadlines and procedures; * Perform administrative tasks related to the area, as directed by leadership.
