Support in organizing daily transportation operations **Operational Assistant | Driver Scheduling** -------------------------------------------------- Location: Contagem/MG – Água Branca Neighborhood Employment Type: CLT * This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PCD) ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare and update **driver and vehicle schedules** * Ensure operational coverage (shifts, days off, and replacements) * Adjust schedules in cases of absences or unforeseen events * Control working hours in compliance with CLT and collective bargaining agreements * Support the organization of daily transportation operations * Maintain contact with drivers and clients when necessary * Update and manage information in spreadsheets and systems ### **Requirements** * Experience with operational routines, logistics, or schedule control * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to handle unforeseen situations effectively * Basic computer literacy * Easy access to Água Branca neighborhood **Salary: R$ 2.600,00 + VR of 580,00 + Health Insurance + Dental Insurance + Transportation Allowance** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 12 PM** **Location: Água Branca Neighborhood, Contagem** Minimum Education: High School Diploma (2nd Degree) Meal allowance, health insurance, dental insurance, and transportation allowance
