Develop revenue and performance forecasts and analyze financial information to support management decision-making, in accordance with internal procedures and current legislation. **Interested in the challenge? Then take a look at what we require from this professional:** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields * 2 years of experience in the field * Intermediate Excel skills * General knowledge of Finance department routines **Desirable:** * Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Billing * Advanced Excel skills **Activities:** * Execute Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes according to established deadlines and current internal procedures. * Update and manage supporting spreadsheets for cash flow, contributing data for balance projections and liquidity analysis. * Perform daily bank reconciliation and verification, identifying inconsistencies and notifying the responsible area for resolution. * Enter invoices and payment slips into the integrated system, ensuring data accuracy for payments and collections. * Respond to internal requests for proof-of-payment documents, payment slips, and other financial documents, maintaining organized records. **Job Conditions:** Salary negotiable, Meal/Voucher Allowance, Remote Work/Internet Allowance, Birthday Day Off, Gympass (gym membership incentive), Moodar (psychological support), Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, and partnership with Open English.
