If you have strong client-handling skills, are motivated by results, and possess negotiation capabilities, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities:** * Contact delinquent customers via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail to amicably resolve outstanding debts. * Identify reasons for delinquency and offer viable negotiation alternatives to customers. * Ensure achievement of credit recovery targets and contribute to the collections team's overall results. * Record and update contact and negotiation information in the CRM system. * Maintain respectful and professional relationships with customers, prioritizing resolution and satisfaction. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance negotiation techniques and outreach approaches.
