Job Summary:
Responsible for providing personalized and humanized service to internal and external customers, controlling personnel flow, and identifying non-conformities within the facility.

Perform reception duties, including: attending to internal and external customers; managing personnel flow; patrolling the facility; identifying potential non-conformities; and, if necessary, notifying the immediate supervisor; guiding and directing customers in a humanized and personalized manner—thereby contributing to superior service quality and customer satisfaction; monitoring employee movement in locker rooms; ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures; supervising locker usage; inspecting hygiene conditions; and handling related matters with involved parties.
* **Schedule:** 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM\.
* **Shift Pattern:** 12-hour shifts on a 12x36 schedule (odd-numbered shifts in July).
* **Salary:** R$ 1\.741,85

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assume shift duty by reviewing critical information required to begin work;
* Monitor entry and exit of customers and staff, verifying badge usage and identifying suppliers, visitors, and equipment;
* Attend to internal and external customers in person or via telephone, providing information and guidance;
* Report non-conformities to supervision by telephone or in person;
* Manage vehicle traffic and goods deliveries at loading and unloading areas;
* Patrol the facility to identify possible non-conformities and, if necessary, notify the immediate supervisor;
* Participate in area-related meetings when requested;
* Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level upon request from the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
