Job Summary:
Responsible for managing receipts, conducting collections, and ensuring proper financial inflow to safeguard organizational health and minimize delinquency.
Key Highlights:
1. Manage receipts and ensure the company's financial flow.
2. Process payments including bank slips (boletos), bank transfers, and various other receipt methods.
3. Negotiate with delinquent customers and prepare reports.
Responsible for managing the company's receipts, conducting collections, and ensuring accurate financial inflow, thereby safeguarding the organization's financial health and minimizing delinquency.
* Process bank slip (boleto) payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation of receipts.
* Process bank payments (Banco do Brasil and Bradesco), verify bank statements, and record transactions in the system.
* Process daily receipts (credit card, cash, and checks), organizing and recording all receipt methods.
* Process credit notes for returns, adjusting receivable amounts according to product returns.
* Verify cleared checks from the week for processing, ensuring all received checks have been processed.
* Print financial records for each customer for external collectors, providing necessary information for collections.
* Organize departmental documents and weekly payment records, maintaining an orderly and easily accessible archive.
* Respond to requests from the immediate supervisor, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation, acting in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Strictly adhere to professional conduct standards as defined in the CORSINO Internal Regulations.
* Contact delinquent customers for negotiation and recovery of outstanding amounts.
* Prepare delinquency reports and revenue forecasts.
* Assist in credit analysis for new customers when requested.
* Maintain continuous communication with the sales and commercial departments to align information.
