Job Summary: Provide legal support for infrastructure and energy projects, analyzing, drafting, and reviewing contracts and legal documents, and supporting contract management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the management of administrative and private contracts. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide legal support for infrastructure and energy projects, advising technical, administrative, and contract management departments. * Analyze, draft, and review contracts, amendments, notices, legal opinions, and other legal documents related to project execution. * Support the management of administrative and private contracts, assessing risks, deadlines, responsibilities, and legal compliance. * Monitor and handle legal matters related to construction works, services, suppliers, and contractors, including extrajudicial notices. * Provide support on civil, contractual, administrative, and regulatory law matters, particularly as applicable to infrastructure projects. * Support compliance, governance, and legal risk mitigation processes within projects. * Prepare legal reports, controls, and indicators to track legal matters. * Interface with third-party law firms, where applicable, monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings. * Support contractual negotiations, aligning legal aspects with the technical and operational needs of projects. * Ensure all activities comply with applicable legislation and internal company policies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Law, with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). * Prior experience in legal practice focused on contracts, construction works, services, or infrastructure projects.
