




Job Summary: Responsible for serving food and beverage sales points, assisting management, managing inventory, preparing meals, and ensuring hygiene and quality of dishes. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and kitchen organization Serve all food & beverage sales points within the establishment. Assist management in developing the shift rotation schedule. Check PVPS system data for products across all departments. Manage inventory of goods, kitchen linens, and kitchen equipment. Inspect refrigerators and cold storage rooms. Clean and portion meats, poultry, fish, and crustaceans. Prepare meals under the guidance of the nutritionist, adhering to cooking methods, food quality, and storage requirements. Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas. Ensure quantity and quality of dishes prepared according to technical specifications. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of workplace and equipment. Secondary Responsibility: Debone meats, poultry, fish, and crustaceans in the absence of management.
