Job Overview Assist in administrative activities within your department as stipulated in the internship agreement; organize data and files of the department; provide necessary support in customer service regarding incidents. 2\. Scope of the Role Areas of interface: All plant departments Number of direct and indirect reports? None. 3\. Key Responsibilities / Activities * Stock material verification (system) * Preparation of incident characterization reports * Management of complaint analyses (pending items/conclusions) * Digitization of completed analyses * Updating the master plan (Complaints) * Issuing SAD for complaints involving returns * Entering information for return receipt * Managing pending returns * Plan B, QLT, QIR, GQC, PNC * NetClaims * Updating BRF penalty records * Follow-up on pending returns * Completing GDD forms * Preparing GDD reports 4\.
