Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and attributions** * Collect, process, analyze, and visualize data related to maintenance, operations, and reliability of industrial assets at the Três Marias plant, supporting technical and strategic decisions aimed at optimizing maintenance, increasing equipment reliability, and improving operational performance. * Administer and structure databases, performing data extraction, consolidation, and processing, as well as creating reports, forms, and developing database queries. * Develop periodic management dashboards and reports, ensuring availability of reliable information for monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and supporting decision-making. * Transform data into clear and actionable insights, ensuring effective communication of information across organizational levels and supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process automation. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI; * Experience in data processing, analysis, and management; * Experience in process automation and report generation; * Knowledge of data governance; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of data modeling and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps); * Willingness to reside in Três Marias/MG. **Desirable** * Problem Analysis and Solving Methodology (MASP), and management tools and methodologies (PDCA, Six Sigma, 5W2H, etc.); * Experience in transformation and continuous improvement projects. **Additional information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and at ease being themselves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
