Job Summary: Construction Planning and Control Analyst to support management, develop and maintain dashboards, plan and monitor financial curves, and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Construction Planning and Control Analyst** to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Project Planning and Control Management by monitoring and updating process KPIs; * Develop and maintain up-to-date dashboards for schedules, costs, and quality, ensuring visibility for decision-making; * Plan and monitor project financial curves to ensure predictability for Financial Management; * Participate in meetings with Procurement Management and Construction Management regarding contract management for materials, equipment, and labor (M.O.), providing visibility into cost projections/impacts per contracted scope versus executive budget scope; * Collaborate with engineering, construction, and finance teams to suggest process and workflow improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and data reliability; * Develop and apply Business Intelligence (BI) tools, advanced Excel, and other analytical platforms to perform process data analysis and visualization; * Monitor advancements in data analysis and process technologies and tools, implementing innovations when necessary to optimize engineering processes; * Support the creation of managerial reports for presenting results and project performance analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction planning and monitoring; experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling construction projects; knowledge of Project Management; experience preparing managerial indicator reports. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Project and other planning tools; advanced Excel skills; intermediate PowerPoint skills; intermediate Power BI skills are a plus. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong interpersonal skills, technical leadership, organization, and commitment. **Additional Information** * **Location:** Availability for on-site work in Belo Horizonte. * **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT contract, on-site. * **Benefits:** Meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, dental plan, health plan (co-payment), and Wellhub. **BTS** is a company specialized in real estate project development, focused on meeting our clients’ demands in every detail.
