Serve as the technical reference for executing and guiding accounting routines, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, standards, and applicable legislation. * Support the monthly accounting closing process, ensuring proper reconciliation of accounting accounts and control of the fixed assets inventory. * Contribute to the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and transparency of reported information. * Perform vertical and horizontal accounting analyses, identifying significant variances and supporting management in identifying risks, trends, and opportunities. * Act as the focal point for internal and external audits, providing documentation and monitoring the implementation of recommendations. * Correctly interpret and apply current accounting standards (CPC, IFRS), ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best accounting practices. * Monitor and control lease contracts in accordance with IFRS 16, analyzing both existing and new contracts from an accounting perspective. * Periodically assess relevant accounting estimates and provisions, such as legal contingencies, provisions for degraded areas, and inventory obsolescence, in alignment with internal departments and external consultants. * Monitor changes in accounting, tax, and fiscal legislation, participating in the analysis and adaptation of internal processes, including impacts of the Tax Reform. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes, ensuring the quality of financial information reported to headquarters and stakeholders. * Work in a dynamic and transforming environment, supporting projects related to corporate restructuring, governance, and the evolution of financial reporting processes. Mandatory 1 \- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences 2 \- Solid experience in the accounting field 3 \- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements under BR GAAP and/or IFRS Desirable * Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA in related fields * Knowledge of CPCs and international accounting standards (IFRS) * Experience with the UAU system and other ERP systems * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies, preferably in the energy generation sector * Knowledge of data analysis, charts, and dashboards * Experience in an auditing firm Compensation: starting from R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance Work location: On-site
