Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Completed elementary education;
Reservist certificate;
Two years of experience in the field;
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural projects;
Practical knowledge of general building maintenance;
Proficiency in material surveying and calculation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1\. Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive service order routines for installations/support/projects/improvements and transportation.
2\. Construct masonry walls using bricks, blocks, or other construction materials according to the architectural project.
3\. Install floor and wall coverings, such as tiles, ceramics, mosaics, marble, among others.
4\. Install structural elements, such as beams and columns, following technical standards and safety regulations.
5\. Install doors, windows, frames, and other carpentry elements.
6\. Assemble scaffolding and shoring systems, adhering to safety and stability regulations.
7\. Perform other related or inherent duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
