Budgetary control and cost optimization Description: MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields * Supervise the Billing department across all billing processes; * Monitor outstanding billing issues, supporting other department staff in meeting targets; * Guide the team toward continuous performance improvement; * Participate in hospital accreditation processes; * Manage/coordinate administrative processes, presenting monthly results and proposing corrective actions and improvement plans to ensure service quality; * Promote team professional development by identifying training needs and requesting professional enhancement activities; * Monitor performance and manage conflicts, enhancing staff knowledge; * Evaluate the sector's staffing structure and dynamics, identifying needs for hiring, dismissals, and promotions to optimize human resource utilization; * Perform budgetary control, monitoring the department’s monthly forecasts, controlling consumption, and ensuring cost reduction and revenue optimization; * Manage projects under responsibility, focusing on schedule, quality, scope, and budget to achieve defined goals; * Identify and jointly seek solutions for cross-departmental challenges, contributing to conflict resolution and achievement of institutional goals; * Daily review of medical record pending items and collaborate with billers to collect required documents from involved departments and track account billing progress; * Prepare non-conformance reports and register incidents in the institutional management system; * Request departmental supplies from the warehouse as needed; * Request building and equipment maintenance to support departmental operations; * Assist in collecting indicator data where applicable; * Collaborate in implementing departmental corrective and improvement action plans; * Ensure people management processes through monitoring and capacity building to develop the team and guarantee accurate, high-quality processes; * Manage people by monitoring processes related to RHA, DP, and SESMT to meet deadlines established by laws and institutional guidelines; * Update data in the CNES of Associação Mário Penna; * Monitor accounts via Ciclys; 2511080202181794899
