If this profile matches you, apply to our position! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical and scientific support to customers, recording interactions in the CRM system and ensuring customer satisfaction and technical documentation; * Conduct in-person and remote training for customers and internal teams, supported by technical materials; * Contribute to equipment and reagent validation and quality control through testing, analysis, and supplier communication; * Develop and update technical documents according to the quality management system; * Participate in new product development projects; * Identify opportunities for new equipment and reagents based on interactions with customers and distributors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, or related fields. * A Technical Course in Clinical Pathology, Biodiagnosis, Biotechnology, Clinical Analysis, or related disciplines is a plus. * Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge and experience in diagnostic laboratory routines and Good Clinical Laboratory Practices (GCLP) are required. * Willingness to travel weekly. **Additional Information** * Willingness to work in Lagoa Santa; * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Work model: On-site, with availability for travel; * Benefits: * Flexible Benefit Card; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Chartered Transport (in select regions); * In-house Restaurant.
