Promote a quality culture within the company The SGQ (Quality Management System) Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the company's processes and procedures comply with established quality standards. The role involves implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the management system to ensure the quality of products and services offered by the organization. * Conduct internal audits to verify process compliance with current quality standards * Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) in accordance with SGQ standards and requirements * Analyze quality performance indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions * Participate in quality-related meetings and training sessions, disseminating best practices and promoting a quality culture within the company * Support external certification audits and collaborate on implementing identified improvements * Perform critical reviews of the quality management system to identify improvement opportunities * Maintain up-to-date SGQ documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with applicable standards * Collaborate in preparing non-conformance reports and action plans for correction * Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing processes and the quality of products and services * Act as a facilitator in implementing quality tools such as PDCA, 5W2H, FMEA, among others
