Interpersonal skills and proactivity Description: * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Technical Degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Production, or related fields. * Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Civil Construction. * Technical Skills: Knowledge of the SIENGE tool (Preferred) * Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal relationship skills; responsible and organized; attentive and proactive. * Develop and enhance relationships with suppliers of materials and services; * Actively prospect new suppliers of products and services; * Study and ensure understanding of the business, products, materials, and services to be fully prepared for negotiations with suppliers; * Qualify suppliers; * Ensure lowest cost without compromising delivery timelines or quality of supplied items; * Ensure suppliers’ delivery timelines; * Maintain close contact with the operations team to correctly understand purchase orders and/or services, and ensure timely execution of the procurement process. 2511080202181857295
