Collaborative and productive work environment About the Position Center Pão is looking for a **Bakery Coordinator** to support unit management, ensuring operational organization, service excellence, and team development. We seek a professional with leadership qualities, who is organized, proactive, and results-oriented, enjoys working with people, and focuses on process quality. Main Responsibilities * Support the Store Manager in managing the unit's daily operational routines; * Guide and supervise the team throughout their work shifts; * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and restocking of customer service areas; * Monitor customer service to guarantee quality and efficiency; * Track product expiration dates and restocking, contributing to loss reduction; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and internal procedures; * Support the integration and training of new employees; * Assist in executing promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives; * Report any irregularities or improvement opportunities to the manager; * Contribute to an organized, collaborative, and productive work environment. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Higher education in Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields (in progress or completed) is desirable; * Prior experience leading teams, preferably in bakeries, supermarkets, or food retail; * Knowledge of customer service, operational organization, and people management; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule.
